Providing hours of tuition in excess of those required by the Ministry of Education and Science. 　 When compared with the Ministry of Education and Science guidelines, a recommendation of 306 hours per year of Japanese Language is 312 hours at Linden Hall. Set against a recommendation for Mathematics of 136 hours per year, we provide 195 hours. Furthermore, for English Language, which falls outside Ministry of Education and Science guidance, we provide 200 hours per year, from first to sixth grade. The total number of classroom hours through to graduation is 7,402 at our school, as opposed to the 5,635 set by the Ministry of Education and Science. Consequently, over six years, an additional total of 1,800 hours is provided across all subjects Club Activities クラブ活動 　For all 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students Weather Chess Japanese Dance Basketball After School 放課後 After regular classes finish, those who wish can do homework, English and English conversation until 6pm. Children can also play with native speakers of English.
